I paint to all kinds of music, every single day. A day without music or art would be a day with sunshine. I have so many favorite artists and quite the eclectic taste on the iPod, to Pandora's "Trip Hop" mix, to KCRW a.m. becomes eclectic. I bumped into this video of a stunning new song sung last weekend by talented songstress, Tristan Prettyman. I met the local beauty the previous weekend at the LA Surfrider's 25th Anniversary Party and happened to snap a shot of her amazing Louboutins: Here's the shot and a video of her newest unnamed song, enjoy as I have enjoyed making many artworks to her amazing tunes...

Farewell to Summer '09 you've been mighty fine...

Adieu... soon it'll be shopping for a Halloween Costume for the little one, then hosting our annual Thanksgiving bash with friends and family. The more the merrier in our household. I've got some deadlines to meet art-wise before this year closes so the painting pace will be a brisk one. Stay tuned for some photo updates of what's cookin' in the studio. Til then, here's a farewell beach shot, the little one as a sugar doughnut, and a full moon bonfire shot to remind me of what a lovely summer we've enjoyed. Hope yours has been memorable too.
